This year, Denon celebrated its 100th Anniversary. How many companies can make that claim? Very few. And how many of those few are in the high-end home theater and audio components market? Almost none. In honor of the occasion, the company has created an exclusive 100th Anniversary Special Edition line of audio/video components, targeted at demanding audio/videophiles who appreciate performance, but also are not completely blind to good value. These components carry a 5-year warranty, feature exclusive technology and showcase Denon’s dedication to innovation.
They’re not “cheap” (in any sense of the word), with most of the components coming in right at $2499, except the phono cartridge and headphones which sell for $499 each, but each offers meticulous crafting and design, and each will be available in severely limited quantities.
Few dealers have been tapped to sell the gear, but one of our preferred online authorized dealers – OneCall – did get selected and is accepting orders for these limited production components.
