This is a deal on one of the top performing TVs you can buy. Sony’s 65-inch XBR65A8F OLED TV is currently available on Amazon for $3198 with free delivery. That’s a savings of $600 off the regular price.

OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) is currently the best technology available for television performance. Because each one of the over 8 million pixels on the Sony A8 OLED TV lights up or turns off on its own, you get incredible black level performance, rich saturated colors and excellent picture uniformity. You don’t have to worry about off-axis viewing issues or backlight bleed of LED/LCD TVs. And Sony’s latest batch of OLED TVs have been garnering praise from consumers and reviewers alike, including winning this year’s TV shootout (though this was the more expensive A9 model, which sells for about $1500 more).
The Sony A8 Series OLED TVs supports the three most popular flavors of HDR (High Dynamic Range): Dolby Vision, HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG), with the ability to support additional options in the future via software updates. But since 4K/HDR-compatible content is still relatively scarce, Sony includes a feature called “4K X-Reality PRO” which makes even regular HD content look more like 4K/HDR.
Since it is a “Smart TV” the XBR65A8F supports all of the popular streaming apps like Amazon, VUDU, Netflix, HULU and more. It is also compatible with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices for voice control of the TV operation. The set includes four HDMI inputs, three USB ports and one composite video input for older legacy devices.
