SUMMARY	Joel Schumacher's morality play - in which a sleazy publicist finds himself sniper bait in Manhattan's last remaining phone booth - should have been a half hour Twilight Zone episode. Despite the Bronx-by-way-of-Dublin accent, Colin Farrell acquits himself well as the poor sap nailed to the cross-hairs.
